All i can deduce was that it is love just on paper...

Okaye : Promised the recipe...

Cream Of Durberry Soup.

Ingredients :
- Leek
- Onions
- Butter
- Flour
- Stock (preferably chicken)
- Milk
- Mushrooms / Cauliflower (canned mushrooms)
- Basic seasoning

Steps Of Preperation.

1 - Melt butter, sweat leak and onions in butter. (celery can be added too)
2 - Add flour in the mix of (step1)
3 - Add stock
4 - Leave to boil
5 - Add milk
6 - Leave to boil again
7 - Add mushrooms / boiled Cauliflowers
8 - Add Pepperika for a tinge of Cajun
